Once a dilapidated carriage house and potting shed, this project was transformed in the Pronto Pub, a speakeasy style guest house in the garden of a stately midtown Tudor home. The clients wanted a lively but comfortable space to host gatherings and overnight guests that maintained the charm of the original carriage house.

We opened up the main living space into the rear storage area, expanding the footprint and allowing for a full size bar to be installed. The existing brick floor was refurbished and new ship lap wall paneling was installed to refresh the interior. A new bathroom, laundry and guest bedroom were finished out in the existing shell space on the side of the house.
